Hyack Excel Tire is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will keep this information confidential and not sell or rent this information to anyone.
To assist us in the collection of information through our website we have retained the services of Old Dog Web Design, which hosts our website. Old Dog Web Desing has privacy policies that are consistent with our policy statement to ensure your information is kept secure and confidential.
Hyack Excel Tire also uses Google AdWords to conduct online advertising, and uses one of the AdWord addon services called Remarketing which temporarily (for a period of 30 days) remembers your visit to our website. Please see the policy disclosure about Google AdWords below.
Hyack Excel Tire also uses Google Analytics to measure the performance of our website and gather general information about your visit to our website. We do not collect any personally identifying information through Google Analytics. We use this information to improve the relevance of our website for all visitors to www.hyacktire.com. You can elect to opt-out of Google Analytics collection of your data by installing a browser add-on.
Hyack Excel Tire does not sell products or services online and does not collect credit card or payment information through its website.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as disclosed above or which is necessary to fulfill your request.

Google Analytics is a web analytics tool Hyack Excel Tire uses to help understand how visitors engage with this website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Hyack Excel Tire does not process or collect precise location information from any website visitor.
